Do I need a consultation before every treatment?
Before your first treatment with us, yes. It is free and lets us check suitability and medical history. Returning clients can book treatments directly.
Who carries out the treatments?
Injectables are only ever administered by our doctors and prescribing nurses. Skin and laser treatments are performed by qualified aestheticians under medical supervision.
Is there any downtime?
Most treatments have little or none. Peels and resurfacing can cause a few days of redness or flaking. We will always tell you what to expect before you book.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Treatment plans over £300 can be split into three interest-free payments. Ask at your consultation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give us 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged 50% of the treatment price.
